This is an intermediate Step & Weights workout that is performed Tabata style.
Kelly will separate some of the moves to give the Intermediate exerciser time to re-group before hitting the same exercise to ensure proper execution.

This is a cardio and strength session using a high step and heavy Dbs. Performed in an interval format, Kelly uses a 30lb lb Db and a pair of 20lb Dbs.
If this workout is a little too tough, go ahead and do the Intermediate version of this workout. -
