This is a 25 minute toning session performed on a Vibration Board/Plate. The Vibration aspect increases the intensity of each move as your core is under stress and the vibration itself is ideal to invigorate your lymphatic system for a healthier you!!!
*This workout can be done without the Vibration and would be considered a lighter toning day.
