For most people, starting something new always has its learning curve and the hardest thing to do is to know where to begin. There are two ways I can help you get started:
1. If you click on the "Rotations" tab on Coffeyfit.com it will take you to a page with lists of rotations that you can choose from. If you are a "Beginner" or simply haven't worked out in a while, please start with the "Beginner Rotation" to get your body safely and effectively to your next fitness level.
If you are doing a rotation and need to find the day's workout, simply put the name in the "Search Bar" to find it (eg; Hip Hop Sculpting).
2. To further assist you in your quest for health and fitness I have a wonderful support group called "Train Smart with Coffeyfit". This is a free support group on face book whose moderator, Kim Riddell, starts each day with a daily a check-in to keep you involved and engaged. She also posts optional rotations with specific goals in mind for all those who want to do it together. If ever you need guidance, suggestions or support, both physically and/or personally, this is a wonderful support group! Simply request to join and you're in!
If you decide to join the Train Smart group, you will also have access to even more rotations found in the "FILES" tab.
