Overload #3 (2026)
This is a 20-minute workout that utilizes a weighted vest (12 lbs) and egg weights (2lb Dbs). The "Overload" increases the intensity, thus effectiveness, of the workout.
This is a no-impact, total body toning session: You will do intervals of lower body exercises and boxing drills. -
Step & Weights 2026 (Intermediate)
This is an intermediate Step & Weights workout that is performed Tabata style.
Kelly will separate some of the moves to give the Intermediate exerciser time to re-group before hitting the same exercise to ensure proper execution. -
KickBox 2 Pop Rock 2026
Join Kelly in this 50-minute kickboxing session. It starts with 30 minutes of slower tempo drills using egg weights and is followed up with a faster-paced rhythm without eggweights.
