    Join Kelly in this 40-minute session. You will be led through rounds of Shadow Boxing, controlled step Jumps (you can jump on a lower step or on the floor), and command moves with challenging Dbs (Kelly uses a 20 and a 15lb DB)

  • KICKBOXING #8 (2025)

    Join Kelly for 30 minutes of Cardio Boxing. The combinations vary in style and timing and the workout ends with a drill. The tempo is moderate and the flow of moves keeps your mind active!
