This 30-minute DB workout requires one super heavy Db a pair of light DBs and a pair of super light. You will start standing, proceed to your knees and then on your back. Standing moves work your Legs and Back, kneeling moves focus on your shoulders/flexibility and Triceps, and the laying down position focuses on your chest/shoulder flexibility and glutes.
