This 30-minute session is a no impact cardio workout. Kelly takes you through drills of step toning and shadow boxing. She uses a high step, but yours can be lower...or you can forgo the step altogether and do the moves on the floor. 2lb Dbs are used during easy-to-follow boxing drills.
The step moves are to tone the legs, hips and glutes. The Boxing will trim and tone your upper body, including your waistline!
