    Join Kelly in this total body health session. You'll start with rebounding to open up your lymphatic pathways, followed by moves on the floor that increase the lymphatic flow as well as mobility, and finishing with balance moves for better equilibrium and flexibility.

  • Lower Body Strength: Quick Fix 2026

    Kelly designed this lower body session to be effective in the quickest amount of time. She uses Dbs and a cloth band (optional).

  • Box 2 ROCK 2026

    Join Kelly in this upbeat and fun Boxing session. Repetitive for those who like to get deep into the moves for effectiveness, yet interesting enough for those who need choreography to stay engaged.
    *Kelly calls this Kickbox 10 in the intro, but there is no kicking so please disregard this.

    This 30-minute session is dedicated to toning and slimming down your legs, hips and glutes.
