Join Kelly in this 50 minute, High Beginner/Intermediate cardio/tone session. She will take you through short intervals of cycling (to burn calories and sculpt leaner legs) and DB exercises on the bike (to create firmer, leaner upper body) in a way not yet performed on RAW. This workout is lower key for those days you want to get it all done without the push.
*Any cardio machine can be done in place of the bike.
