Happy 250th Birthday America! Join Kelly in this 20 minute and 50 second session. It's an Amrap with rounds that last 2minutes and 50 seconds. Kelly used heavy Dbs for a quick strength session, but you can use lighter Dbs and get in as many quicker reps as possible
(with good form) for a great muscle defining workout.
