Jogging in moderation is key to a fit body even for those who do not like to do it. With this workout you can get the benefits of jogging with short intervals mixed with walking. Kitty amped up her walking segments by doing it on hills (*IMPORTANT: walking hills is a great way to tone the back of your legs and glutes and burns more calories the straight walking).
This format can also be done using your bike, elliptical, or rower if a treadmill is not an option.
