Join Kelly is this second CardioAcceleration workout. This is a wonderfully unique strength workout that offers cardio bursts instead of rests to increase the calorie-burning affect during the workout as well as a great afterburner effect after! Since the cardio bursts are performed in place of rests, you can bypass the cardio and use the time for actual rests if that is your preference.
Kelly uses a bench,
20lb dbs, 15lb dbs,12lb dbs and 10lb dumbbells. *All bench work can be done on the floor and you only really needier two pairs of dumbbells to increase strength.
