This is a one-of-a-kind session that takes you through cardio, lower body toning, balance and mobility using a yoga block. Coffeyfit can confidently say"there is no workout like this anywhere!"

Overload #3 (2026)
This is a 20-minute workout that utilizes a weighted vest (12 lbs) and egg weights (2lb Dbs). The "Overload" increases the intensity, thus effectiveness, of the workout.
This is a no-impact, total body toning session: You will do intervals of lower body exercises and boxing drills. -
Athletic Barre & Box (2026)
