"RAW" Upper Body Blast

This 40 minute workout focuses on your upper body. Kelly will push you through 2 different exercises for each muscle group and complete 4 sets of each. To maximize time, you will perform this workout without rests. The equipment used: a bench, three pairs of graduating DBs (only need heavies and lights) and a barbell (barbell can be replaced with DBs).
