Ready for a fun and effective workout? This 45-minute gem consists of 15 minutes of Rebounding, 15 minutes of lifting with a Barbell (Ds can be used) and 15 minutes of Cycling.
You will ignite your lymphatic system, strengthen your body from head-to-toe and burn calories.
*Feel free to use any cardio equipment if you dont have a rebounder of bike.
