This was a total spur of the moment workout. I went for a run and wasn't feeling it so I started boxing instead. Join me for this easy-to-follow heavy bag workout. Nothing fancy...just hitting the bag to sculpt lean muscle mass and bun calories.
To optimize this workout, do a minimum of 10 minutes of cardio before start.
*Another way to do this workout is to shadow box with or without egg weights (super light DBs).
