This 40 minute workout gives you the option of boxing on the heavy bag or shadow boxing. Kelly's son Zak (aka ZARK) attacks the bag and Kelly uses egg weights to show box. If you chose to use the bag, do as Zak does and go at your own tempo using the combinations Kelly gives you. Because the bag has movement, the pace is different on the bag than off the bag. Focus on form for a great cardio workout that will burn calories while it sculpts a leaner, fitter upper body!
