This a feel good, 30 minutes of Stepboxing with bestie Sammy. Its easy to follow and we go at a slower pace to accommodate those who like to use egg weights (or 1-2lb dbs) to increase their intensity as opposed to jumping.
If you're new to Stepboxing, or even if you're not, this is a nice addition to your cardio regimen.
