This session is for those days when you want something on the gentler side. It includes a flow stretch on your feet and lower body toning on the floor. The flow stretching is just enough to loosen up sore or tight muscles and the floor toning is just enough to leave you feeling like you have effectively targeted your lower body. Ankle weight optional.
