This session focuses on heavy Dbs throughout with brief active rests utilizing egg weights (or super light DBs) for an effective cardioaccelration affect. There are 3 sets of each weighted move, performing only 8 reps to allow you to go as heavy as you can with good form. * For some of the lower body moves, Kelly uses two weighted plates to elevate her heels and toes to hit those muscles in a different way.
