This 40 minute workout is a challenging cardio session that involves easy-to-follow drills of jump rope, hi step, kettle bell swings and a loop band. The time you spend here with Kelly will be in true overdrive. The goal is a fitter physique, to push for mega calorie burning during the workout and achieving a great afterburn for hours after the workout.
Optional modifications:
Jump Rope: cardio of your choice
Loop band: no loop band
Kettle bell swings: one moderate Db
Hi step jump: alternating step ups
Pop squats: squats
