It's tine to go back to 2024: Get ready to get fit from head-to-toe on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. With Thursday off, feel free to do any other workout or use it as a rest day! You will hit every muscle group, but the great thing about these workouts is they all work your lower body as your legs and glutes are your number 1 fat-burner/metabolic booster!
And don't worry about over-taxing your muscles, Kelly designed it to hit the muscles from different angles to elicit a greater energy/strength reserves from you as you strive to achieve a fit and fabulous body!
This rotation varies in its approach. Not just heavy weight, these workouts are about strength, toning and overall fitness.
