This Raw session is a cardio workout. You will be going through drills of straight up cardio and light weight functional moves to burn calories while sculpting your arms and shoulders. Its pleasant, it has challenging moments and its effective. Equipment used is a step (all moves can be done without) and super light dbs (Kelly uses 3lb dbs, but you may use up to 7lbs).
