This workout is all cardio performed in 45 second intervals. There is absolutely no stopping and there are no breaks! Guest Trainer, Tatum Coffey designed this Hi/Low workout to be effective, safe and challenging. In the second half she uses light DBs, suggesting that participants choose between 1 and 7lb DBs.

This full body workout is a mix of cardio drills and barbell lifts.
The drills are easy to follow and the Barbell lifts can be exchanged for a pair of moderate to heavy DBs. (A step is used but all exercises can be performed on the floor)
