Here is a list of workouts for you to get back into a solid fitness routine. Do one every day and take off on weekends. Do them in the order that they are listed and stay in this rotation until you have done every single workout!.

This is rotation is designed to make it easier to join back into the world of Health and Fitness.

    Join Kelly in this 30 minute Hips,Glutes & Abs workout. 2.5lb ankle weights are used to increase the intensity of the moves.

  • Stretch & Tone 2

    All it takes to stretch and tone is this quick little session with Kelly and Sammy. 15 minutes flies by using 2 and 5 lb Dbs for this rejuvenating stretch flow workout.

  • Your Healthy Back

    Join Kelly and the crew for this 20 minute healthy back routine.The moves will strengthen and stretch your entire back without using any equipment (Optional ankle weights if you want to increase the intensity a bit). RAW "Your Healthy Back" is located in the "OTHER" carousel.

  • Solo DB Strength

    In this workout Sammy and I take you through a full-body workout using only one DB. The goal is to go as heavy as you can keeping in mind you will be hitting large and small muscle groups...We are using a 20lb Db.

  • Arms & Legs Finisher

    This 20 minute Finisher focuses on your arms and legs. Kelly uses one 35lb DB, a pair of 20lb dbs and a pair of 15lb dbs. The most reps you will do is 10 and the least is 4.
